Recipes of Langhe: Zabaglione with Moscato


It's a very rainy day in Langhe hills but nothing will stop us to prepare a very typical recipe round here: Zabaglione with Moscato

Zabaglione with Moscato: ingredients

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 80 gr of sugar
  • 200 gr of Moscato wine
Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together and cook them in a water bath to obtain a dense and foamy compound, being careful not to  cook completely the eggs and to avoid the effect of scrambled egg. Serve accompained by a traditional corn biscuit.
